How long does shipping take?

At Smartfruit, we strive to make your experience as smooth as possible, including shipping your favorite products. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

Shipping Options: #

Currently, we ship orders via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. While we don’t offer expedited shipping at this time, it’s something we’re actively working to include in the future. We know how important it is to receive your Smartfruit quickly, and we’re committed to improving our services.

Processing and Shipping Times: #

  • Orders placed before 1 PM EST, Monday through Friday, are processed and shipped within 2 business days.
  • Orders placed after 1 PM EST, Monday through Friday, are considered as placed the next business day and will also ship within 2 business days from that time.

For example:

  • An order placed on Monday at 11 AM EST will ship by Wednesday.
  • An order placed on Friday at 3 PM EST will ship by the following Tuesday.

Shipping Restrictions: #

  • We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a valid physical address when placing your order.
  • At this time, we do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Delivery Timelines: #

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 1-5 business days, depending on your distance from New Jersey. Delivery times are subject to change based on the carrier’s schedule, including high shipment volumes, weather conditions, or other unforeseen delays. Once your order leaves our facility, the timeline is determined by the shipping provider.

Keep an eye out for a tracking notification email that will provide updates on your shipment’s status.


International Shipping: #

At this time, we do not ship directly to other countries. However, we have distributors around the world, including but not limited to Canada, Puerto Rico, Greece, and Saudi Arabia. If you’re located outside the U.S., please contact us to find out if there’s a distributor in your country.


How to Track Your Order: #

Tracking your order is easy and convenient on our website. Whether you have an account or checked out as a guest, you can easily monitor your shipment’s progress.

Option 1: Log in to Your Account

  1. Log in to your account on our website.
  2. Click on “My Account” in the top-right corner and select “Orders.”
  3. Locate your order number and click on it to view the status and tracking information.

Option 2: Use Our Guest Order Tracking Page

  1. If you checked out as a guest, navigate to the “My Orders” link on the homepage.
  2. Enter your order number and email address.
  3. Click on the “Track” button to see the status of your order.
