What are the “Natural Flavors” in Smartfruit products? #
The great majority of the taste and aroma in Smartfruit Puree Mixes and Refreshers comes from real fruit and vegetable purees and concentrates. To help round out the flavor and ensure consistency throughout the product’s shelf life, we add a small amount of natural flavor.
Our natural flavors are not artificial. They are made from ingredients naturally extracted from the same fruit—for example, strawberry or mango. In essence, these are concentrates of the most flavorful parts of the fruit itself, used to enhance and stabilize the natural taste.
