How do I place an order for my business?

If you’re a business interested in purchasing Smartfruit products, placing an order is simple! Follow the steps below to get started:


Step 1: Apply for a Business Account #

To begin ordering for your business, you’ll need a Smartfruit Business Account. If you don’t already have one, you can apply by following the instructions in this help center article: How do I apply for a Smartfruit business account?.

Step 2: Log in to Your Business Account #

Once your account is approved, log in using the email and password associated with your business account.

Step 3: Browse Products and Add to Cart #

After logging in, browse our selection of products and add the items you’d like to order to your cart. You’ll see wholesale pricing and bulk options available for business customers.

Step 4: Proceed to Checkout #

When you’re ready to place your order, go to your cart and click “Checkout.” Review your order details, confirm your billing and shipping addresses, and submit your payment information.

Step 5: Complete Your Order #

After submitting your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the details. Once your order ships, you’ll also receive tracking information to monitor its delivery.
