What do I do if my order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing?

We’re sorry to hear there’s an issue with your order! At Smartfruit, we strive to ensure every order is packaged and shipped with care, but sometimes mistakes happen. If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or is missing products, we’re here to help.

Damaged Items #

If your order arrived damaged, please fill out our Return Form so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

You’ll need:

  • Your Smartfruit order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

A member of our Customer Service Team will reach out to you as soon as possible to assist with the next steps.


Incorrect or Missing Items #

If your order is incorrect or an item is missing, please also fill out our Return Form so we can gather all necessary information to resolve the issue.

  • Details about the incorrect or missing item(s)

Even though this isn’t a typical return, this form helps us collect all the information we need to correct your order quickly.

If you purchased Smartfruit products from a third-party retailer like Amazon, BJ’s, or Sam’s Club, please contact the retailer directly. We are unable to process issues for orders placed outside of Smartfruit.com.
