We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. Here’s everything you need to know about our order cancellation process.
Order Cancellation Policy #
Currently, our website does not offer a self-service option to cancel or change an order once it’s been placed. However, we do our best to accommodate cancellation requests within 30 minutes of placing the order if the order hasn’t been processed or shipped.
- To cancel your order, please email our order processing team at orders@smartfruit.com with your order number within 30 minutes of placing your order.
- Once the 30 minutes has passed or an order has been processed and shipped, we can no longer cancel it.
Can I Change My Order? #
Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to an order once it has been submitted. This includes updating shipping details, modifying items, or applying coupon codes. In rare cases, we may be able to substitute one item for another within the same product line, but this is not guaranteed. Please contact our team right away if you’d like to explore this option.
Coupon Code Policy #
If you forgot to apply a coupon code, we cannot apply it to an order after it’s been submitted—even within a grace period. To use your coupon, you’ll need to cancel your order and place a new one with the discount applied.
