We understand how frustrating it can be to miss out on a discount, whether you forgot to enter the coupon code or thought it was applied but it didn’t go through. Unfortunately, we are unable to modify orders once they have been placed, including applying coupon codes retroactively.
If you’d still like to use your coupon, our customer service team can assist by manually canceling your order, allowing you to place a new one with the correct code. Please note that orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or packed.
