Smartfruit Refreshers are the only product line that contains a noticeable amount of caffeine. Each 3 fl. oz. serving provides 34 mg of caffeine, naturally sourced from green coffee beans. This breaks down to about 10–13 mg of caffeine per fluid ounce. Green coffee beans offer a clean, steady energy boost and are rich in chlorogenic acid, a natural antioxidant that may support healthy blood sugar levels and assist with weight management.
Caffeine in Smartfruit Superfruit Allstars #
The Smartfruit Superfruit Allstars purée mix contains a very low amount of caffeine due to the inclusion of low-caffeine guarana. Guarana naturally contains caffeine, but we use a low-caffeine variety to keep levels minimal.
Each fluid ounce of Superfruit Allstars contains approximately 1.5 mg of caffeine. To put this into perspective:
- An 8 oz. beverage made with this mix contains just 3 mg of caffeine
- A 16 oz. smoothie would contain only 6 mg of caffeine
